Usage:Stainless steel tank is torage or mixing liquids, in pharmceutical, biology, fine chemical , food, beverage, chemical and fermentation industries.

1.Material adopts SS316L or 304,

2. Surface finish: inside surface roughness is Ra0.4μm by mechanical polish or electropolish, outside surface roughness is Ra0.6-0.8μm by satin finish.3..Form: vertical or horizontal.

4. working pressure can be normal pressure or with pressure. if with pressure, please let us know the working and design pressure inside tank and inside jacket.

5. can be single layer, or with jacket or insualation. we make according to client detail requirment.6.Components: vent filter, manhole, cleaning ball, liquid level gauge, and control system or according to clients specific requirement.

7. Mixing agitator: top mechanical agitator or bottom magnetic agitator8.Specification: 5L-20000L

9. normal pressure according to JB7431

   pressure vessel can  make according to GB150-1998, ASME VIII DIV1 or PED/23/EC(it depends on client requirement with different cost.)
